Ashley is a former healthcare manager and joined the staff of Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home in 2022. She completed the funeral director program through John A. Gupton College in December 2024, and is honored to work with the families Dillow-Taylor serves. Ashley is married to Joshua Howard and they have one son, Jacob Howard. She and her family attend Abounding Grace Baptist Church in Jonesborough where she leads worship.
